TEXERA INDUSTRIES

About

A vertically integrated textile manufacturer.

Texera Industries manufactures apparel, home textiles, and work wear for private label buyers — weaving, knitting, and stitching under one operation instead of across a chain of subcontractors.

Our Story

Texera Industries was built to close the gap between fiber and finished product. Rather than outsourcing weaving, knitting, and stitching to a chain of separate contractors, we brought each stage in-house — which means a spec set at sampling is the spec that ships at bulk, because the same operation controls both.

That structure now supports three product divisions — Apparel, Home Textiles, and Work Wear — sharing one manufacturing floor, one quality standard, and one set of sourcing commitments.

Manufacturing Facility

Weaving, knitting, and stitching run in-house across four equipment categories. Full floor size, headcount, and line capacity is shared directly with buyers scoping a production run.

Airjet Looms

High-speed weaving for lightweight to mid-weight woven fabrics.

Shuttleless Looms

Precision weaving for heavier, wider-width woven fabrics.

Knitting Machines

Circular and flat knitting for jersey, fleece, and rib fabrics.

Stitching Machines

Cut-and-sew production lines for finished garments and textiles.

Certifications

OEKO-TEX, Sedex, GOTS, and BCI — held standards, not aspirational badges.

What We Stand For

Quality

Every unit is checked against the approved sample before it's packed — not spot-checked, every unit.

Transparency

No published price list because no two orders cost the same. What you do get is a straight answer on lead time and what drives your price.

Partnership

Most of what we do best shows up on reorder two, not order one — consistency compounds.

Sustainability

Traceable materials and less waste, stated plainly rather than dressed up in marketing language.
